Get the WoW-Pro addon.It is going to be a little hard to follow, because with the 3x XP, quests are going to turn grey before you can turn them in... but it will help you with your quest-route. You won't waste NEARLY as much time trying to figure out what to do next.

Also, make sure that you have a good questing addon. The main two (that I know of) are Carbonite and QuestHelper. I, personally, HATED quest helper, but a lot of people use it. Once you have all of that... you should be gtg.

As was stated, instance-boosting is going to be the fastest way to 60 BY FAR. There was a thread where someone wast talking about going from 1-60 in 6 hrs /played.
