Double heirloom bonus + RAF + bg xp?

I am pretty sure the RAF bonus does not apply to BGs. However in cases like this I really like being wrong.

Yeah I don't think it does, but I won't start grinding BGs until level 71 in which case RAF no longer applies. Guess I'll find out soon if the heirlooms work, but I have a feeling they will because they apply to RAF (360% leveling speed with the shoulder + chest)

When did they increase RAF thru to 70? I thought it stopped at 60
