Default ISboxer/Inner and Jamba - Setup Issues

Over the weekend I subscribed to ISboxer / Innerspace and spent a some hours over the weekend to get it setup. Most of the stuff seems like it should be quick and ez but it appears i have managed to mess something up. Here what i have done.

Downloaded innerspace and ran the setup. Downloaded ISboxer and ran the setup. (both went fine after the DX9 download for WIndows 7 RC.

I ran the quick wizard in ISboxer which appeared to go fine. It detected my toons and I pretty much left all of the defaults. Since i use Jamba I went into my addon's folder and deleted it and DL a fresh copy to make sure any of the previous settings i had used were gone.

    Questions:
    1. Was deleting the Jamba folder out of my addon's enough to reset it? "I redownloaded it and placed it back in the folder.

    2. When I switch windows I have the clones promote the window i switched to to leader of the group and then follow, but when they successfully promote the leader they continiously run through the leader then turn around and run back through the leader "Repeatly" The only thing i can think of is they are chasing the Jamba strobe?

    3. Do i need to blacklist my movement keys? I leave the mouse and keyboard repeater active all of my toons try to run in a slightly different direction "which is understandable" but the only thing i have figured out to stop it is to turn off the repeater broadcast. Downside is i can no longer cast or anything on the other clones without switching to them.

    4. I cant make them assist the leader for targeting! No matter what I have tried i cant get the FTL assist to work. I even left all of the keymapings default when i ran through the quick wizard and tried to use the keys that were predefined. I also reset all of the wow keybinds thinking that maybe i had mapped something wierd. I ticked WOW: Use FTL... is there something else to turn this on?

    5. In Jamba who should i be setting the "Master to?" on each toon? Themselves or ?
Even with all of these "minor" issues i still feel its going to be a better application than keyclone as my switchs PiP are instant (3 sec delay with keyclone) and the interface appears to be straight forward even though i cant make it work....LOL

As always thanks again for the assistance. After repeatidly watching the setup videos on youtube i almost know them word for word......

    1. Probably not, you would probably need to delete its saved variables from your WTF\Account folder (find Jamba.lua)

    2. If they are running through you and turning around and doing it again, then perhaps your framerate in the background windows is so low that they can't accurately autofollow? What is your framerate (FPS, frames per second) in the background windows?

    3. I'll answer #4 first.

    4. You said in #3 that your background windows don't cast unless you have Repeater on. In the video, Repeater was not used to cast at all. In fact, if the only way they will cast is with Repeater on, FTL isn't being used. Are you turning Key Maps off and leaving them off? You also need to make sure that the ISBoxer Addon is enabled in WoW.

    3. No. Just leave Repeater off, and use the Key Maps.

    5. The Jamba Master at any given point in time should be the character you are playing. This can be set by checking the appropriate box on the final page of the Quick Setup Wizard.

Also, make sure you're logging into the right character in the right window. The next version of ISBoxer will detect the wrong stored account name (if the account names have been set in ISBoxer) in order to help with this issue. When you log into the game, the ISBoxer Addon will say which character it thinks it's set up for, or it'd also be in the window titles (shown in the task bar)

If you still need help, please show me your ISBoxer config so I can have some context to answer your questions. To paste it somewhere you can just right click "ISBoxer" at the top in the software, and select "Copy ISBoxer Toolkit Profile to Clipboard", then go paste it. Or you can upload the file ISBoxerToolkitProfile.XML from your IS folder (unless you're saving as something else) instead.

I believe they average about 15FPS in the background - Is jamba strobe a good thing??

ISboxer is enable under the addon section of wow. I didnt / dont fully understand how keymaps and hotkeys work so the only way i could get it to press a key in all of the windows was to turn on the key / mouse repeater. I understand now that this is not the correct way to do it. I didnt know there was a toggle for keymaps so i will look for that.

    3. No. Just leave Repeater off, and use the Key Maps.

Think i will delete the LUA file as you suggested and give a clean start.

Also, make sure you're logging into the right character in the right window. This could be alot of my issue... One of my account names doesnt autofil in perhaps i am getting isboxer confused. although i am manually typing in my 4th account name.

Ill give these suggestions ago and then paste my config here.

I solved my 'which account is which' issue by creating a mapped key.
Mapped Key name: Show names, Hotkey '\'
Then I have for each Character a Popup Text Action, Target being the Charctername and Text Character and accountname.

Quite handy when I manage to loose my saved accountnames.

A lot of people swear by jamba strobing.

And now that I think about it, the thing with running past can happen if 2 people are auto-following each other. That's entirely possible if your characters are loaded in the wrong windows

After deleting the jamba LUA and resetting all of ISboxer's setup, i reran the wizard and its WORKING...

The second thing that i think was wrong was loading the correct account with the correct setup. I used the -console at the end of my wow.exe shortcut and was able to scroll back up and see which account was trying to load in each window. It does display on each screen as it loads but it was to quick for me to read. Hopefully it keeps the account names straight after i logged in correctly. Odd thing is it used 1 of my account names for all 4 windows

Needless to say after that the 40second setup with full FTL was TRUE

Thanks again for your help Lax,
