Need some help with macros

All right the back ground.

My guys just hit 50. I have a pally tank, boomkin, ele shammy, mage, priest healer. I use healbot for healing my group (from my tank window) so that is very easy. My problem is my mages dps. My shammy is at 375 my boomkin at 325 and my mage has trouble breaking 200. He is set up as fire--would it be better to switch him to frost?

Here is my set up for macros--please give suggestions since this is my first group

how can i get my holy shield tied in with button 2? Also i would like to get Imp FF tied with button 1 and Flame shock with button 1 for the shammy?


Also this is a lot to ask but what would be the best set of macros for this group at level 80. I could just edit them by removing the spells i dont have yet.

For the Pally, just build a 96969 macro... something like this:
/castsequence reset=9 Holy Shield,Hammer of the Righteous,Judgement of Light,Shield of Righteousness,Consecration,Hammer of the Righteous,Holy Shield,Shield of Righteousness,Judgement of Light,Hammer of the Righteous,Consecration,Shield of Righteousness
