Default 60-80. What is your recommendation?

    60-70 , just instancing?

70-80, find the quests that are not gathering?

How did you do it, or what is your plan?

    I am 5-boxing. Either "5" 60 to 80 or "1" 80 and "boost" "4" 60-80

60 to 70, both single boxing and five-boxing...
I followed the Brian Kopp alliance leveling guide.

I won't recommend his guide, because he promised future updates to all warcraft content with the original guide, then went back on his word when Wrath released.

Still a stacking quest guide is a very fast method in outland.

Zygor's, Extreme Leveling, Joana's, Kopp's etc are all decent pay guides.
Jaime's guide is free, and probably as good as any of the above.

With the release of Wrath, they reduced the experience required per level in BC.
I believe you need 30% less per level.
The last time I ran 60-70 in BC, I hit 70 without having stepped into Blade's Edge Mountains, Netherstorm or Shadow Moon Valley.

Im thinking of just instancing 60-70...

And then casual quest 70-80? Meaning only do the kill quests etc...

How are you other boxers doing it?

I appreciate the input uallaaaa.. but the guides are not really optimized for us boxers..

As I play on a PvP server, I rather liked the fact that BC was a ghost town. I could go anywhere and do anything. You'll have far more quests available than you need to get to 70. If you don't like one, don't do it. There are several quest lines that result in 2-3 person group quests that give better gear, good for leveling. I went all the way to 70, but I could see going to northrend at 68, then just do Howling Fjord and Borean Tundra and you should come out level appropriate to move on.

I found following the guide in BC, the only really long quest was the zepellin crash site, which wanted 30 pieces off of the ground per toon.

Conversely, in WotLK, there are so many more collections. I don't think you could level from 70 to 80 on kill quests alone. You'd have long stretches where you'd need to grind quite a bit before reaching the minimum level to take the next set of quests. I suppose rested experience can go a long ways towards helping this.

If you were to instance for a 10 level segment and then quest for a 10 level segment, I'd definitely quest in Burning Crusade and instance in Wrath. Plus that way, if you ever feel like doing the Wrath quests, they're 13-22g each; BC quests at 80 are in the 3g range, at least the Shadow Moon Valley ones are, and that's the highest BC zone.
