I got her today on my heroic and it went bad. I'm a mixed team (DK tank, rogue, ele shaman, shadow priest, resto druid). Something I was doing wrong, just in case this helps anyone:

many of my dps/tank rotation macros have some aoe in them. I still use chain lightning, I throw down d&d, I spread diseases around... I quickly realized all of this was putting extra burden on my healer b/c of Paletress' reflection bubble during this stage. I doubt anyone else is this slow but just in case.

I did the fight probably 5 times, maybe more, and each time it was going fine until everyone died. My DK is not amazing but he's def capped w/ 27k hp and usually does the job. But for some reason each fight, he simply goes from full to dead instantly. I've been back through all the combat logs and I just cannot find what happens.
