In the original post, you mentioned anyone with a Priest.

My priest group have Fear Ward on round robin.
Each casts fear in sequence on the current active toon.
The active toon attempts to Mass Dispel quickly, while the other toons are within range.

Not exactly what you were looking for, but if your priest has Fear Ward on herself and is fast.
Possibly with Ellay's keyboard click for a mouse target AoE.
The first fear should be negated even without Tremor Totems in the party.
