    Question 3dk+2pally

    Hello
When Wotlk first came out, I somehow decided multibox melee team would be nice. Long Story short leveled them all to 75 and shelved them to work the classic pally/sham team. With 3.2 out I am burning out on heroics, and would like to revitalize my multibox urges with this almost 80 fully rested team. I had alot of fun with them, very fast class's with plenty of gimmicks.

Old setup: frost dk tank, 2 others blood dps. Pallys both ret, and would spam Flash when dk needed healing.
    New setup: ?

The Deathknights talents are completly different now. I have read up on the patch changes for both pallys and dks but would like some multibox friendly tips. The nerf bat seemes to have beaten them senseless since last I played.

    Can I save this team?
    The Guild of ME? <--Armory
    4 x Mage 80
    1 x Pally + 4 x Shammy 80
    5 x Druid 80
    2 x Pally + 3 x DK 76
    4 x Pally 65
    4 x Locks 60

I dunno, the patch notes seems to be very aggressively nerfing DKs lately.

At this point I would lean more to having a pali tank when yer tanking 3+

Dk still can tank fine as long as yeh have a decent amount of avoidance.

I think at this point the jump from regular instance to heroics is gonna be a lil rougher for dks then before, unless yer gearing em out with titansteel stuff.

If you're set on a DK tank, that can work well.
However, a Prot Pally is an incredible tank.
Consecrate early, and then Holy Shield will build massive threat just from them hitting you.

You could have 3x DK dps, which is very respectable.
At our one-box guild raids, two of the equally geared DK's (when present) always push for top 5.
You might not be as efficient playing them boxed, but then every class has that slight handicap.

    The last Pally I'd dual-spec.
Holy for when you need the heals.
    Ret for when you don't.
If you had a Priest, Druid or Shaman of similar level, they have stronger group heals, but a Pally can work.

Assuming you can either PiP swap quickly...
Or both the tank and healers windows are easy to click in...
I'd consider a "click to move" and "interact with target" hotkey for the pally tank only.
Have another for everyone, as well.
You can macro a pally to a 96969 (seconds of cooldown for abilities), and spam one button for very effective tanking (just need to occasionally change a mobs position or facing).
The healer toon could go with Heal Bot or Clique + Grid.

Sanctuary was changed to grant 10% stamina in addition to mana on a parry/dodge/block and 3% damage mitigation. It won't stack with Kings. So your tank will have Sanctuary + Might. With Divine Plea and 2 points in Guarded by the Light, a pally tank has infinite mana. DK's would take Kings + Might, Holy Pally Kings + Wisdom.
