Characters running off into the distance is a Blizzard bug. it occurs on a daily basis and is a potential wiper.

I have posted it on their bug forums like 2 or 3 times now but they continue to ignore it after 2 + years. I even linked to a thread here showing dozens of people who reported it.

I am absolutely positive it is because it occurs in keyclone and in the programs I wrote and I know exactly how they work of course.

Blizzard are just too slack to fix it. My last post to them was not polite but its a real shame that a silly bug like this gets in the way of game play. I think the only way around it is to macro some additional movement keypresses like 5 ms after you break follow. Just enough to counter the bug, but not enough to get in the way of casting.

I'm no coder, but I've heard that sometimes, to fix one bug you create another. the question is, which is the least of the 2. This might be the case and is why it hasn't been fixed yet.

    Default Still active product?

I've not seen much if any activity on plexer in over a year. Is it still active and supported? Anyone know if network support was ever added?

Hey, I've been away from WoW for a while and making a bit of a comeback. It's still active, though I haven't gotten any emails of any issues that people are having. I've been contemplating adding in networking support, but honestly, there have not been a ton of sales for the product. Not sure if people just don't know about it or just don't care.

    I care!

With the discounts on WoW for the holidays, I've been looking at picking up a 3rd set of software. I used to use HKN on a PC, but now i use my Macs pretty much exclusively for WoW, so I came back here looking for an OSX solution.

The machine I use the most is a MacBook Air (1.7GHz i5 with 4GB/128SSD) and it runs two copies of WoW just fine. Does Plexer play nice with Lion?

Yeah, I've not had anyone report any issues with Lion.

I've started doing some work to see how hard it would be to get reliable networking working. I'll keep you all posted if you're interested.

    Hey Owen

    MultiLaunchBox supports Network.
If you want to look at the code for that, and use what you need let me know.
I would be more than happy to share it with you.
