Chars wont stay sync'd

Ok, i have 4gb 1037mhz ram, 2.66ghz dual core, ATI HD4890 1gb graphics and yet my toons wont stay in line. I will walk them forwards and try to turn only to have 1 walk off in a slightly different direction. How can i fix this?

Also, both running fps capped at 35 (33-35 always, stable) And about 50ms.
