Either keep trying to get in for a few minutes, play when less people are playing, or do something else. Start raiding, do one of the many forms of pvp, or do quests. Take a break until the 3.2 hype comes down if there's nothing else you want to do in wow and the instance servers are really bothering you.

I don't think its a population issue. I experience this error a lot in a low population realm but never in a 35k population realm. Hope they'll fix it asap

Good to hear that. I have 5 new co workers that's inviting me to transfer to Kil'Jaeden. Their guild is IRON Horde Side. I know most Kil'Jaeden boxers are Alliance so I expect to be ganged rape lol
