I'm working up my 3 warlocks to compliment my pally/priest duo, I plan on alternating them with my 80 T7 mages. I've contemplated multi priests (have one 80, one 70 and one 58) but I've found, that at least for boxing, shadowpriests only stand out on Mass AOE with mind sear (and they are REALLY good at that) and on a boss fight, where you have time to build up a dot rotation. Short trash fights of less than 4 mobs and my priest does half the dps of my mages. Boss fights they are the same, with the priest often hitting the top. Maybe I can adjust my macros for non boss fights, but as it stands, my priest sucks on trash, and if I only had shadowpriests for dps on heroic trash, It would be a lot harder as my tank would be taking a lot more hits.
im 5 boxing human spriests and have NO problems in pvp at all. absolute ownage. that is all.
My Wife Said That I Had To Stop Playing WoW Or She Was Going To Leave......
Now I Multibox 5 Accounts!
I played a group of five Disc Priests (RAF) from 1st to 60th.
They were quite fun, and actually leveled faster then 5x BM Hunters, pre WotLK.
5x Smite was just as likely to kill things as 5x Lightning Bolt.
The cast time is a tad longer, but they have more options it seems them the Shammies.
Holy - Smite, Holy Fire.
Shadow - Mind Flay, Mind Blast, SW: Pain, Devouring Plague, SW: Kill.
Tons of heal options.
Basically castsequence your Pain Suppression, Power Infusion (unless they each hit themselves), could round robin PW: Shield to save mana. I have Fear Ward on Round Robin, targeting the current master who will hopefully Mass Dispel fairly quickly. Divine Hymn on round robin would be nice for mana regen. Psychic Scream is a lot of fear options.
Having them all hit someone with Dispel Magic is fun.
You can have them say 2 Magic and 3 Disease if targeting [help] or 5x Dispel if targeting [harm].
With mouse broadcasting 5x Mass Dispel will be fun.
I'd imagine 5x Mana Burn will really make other casters unhappy.
Holy Nova or Mind Seer is decent AoE options.
In the forefront of a battle is not their desired positioning.
Still, they have a lot more survivability then most cloth types.
With Pain Suppression, 5x Renew, 5x Penance, Holy Nova, and the Disc talents....
Standing in the back, behind the front line...
Supporting those in the front with heals, cures, etc...
They will really shine.

also... my brother is thinking about multiboxing warlocks.... is this a good idea?... i mean he says it is fun cause of all the dots. and what not... plus the pets... but i am not sure..
any help would be appreciated
Priest and Lock trio here, got them to 65 was my first team when I started boxing after them started to work on some Samies, Samis was the little ugly kid in enemy mind.... sorry got side tracked with the Samies! There 80 by the way with the priest as the healer no longer part of the trio with the locks but they where fun non the less. Went SP and Affliction, love affliction for some weird reason could not get into Demonology but probably way better once you start using it, SP, 2 locks and 2 Felguards=lots of damage.
Daggerspine Alliance: Phoebus(Tank), Soozanuna(Heals/Tailor), Angakak (Enchanter), Wakantanaka(Herb/Alch), Znakharka, Jonhyone(JC), Marious(Other Tank/BS), Magnux(Enchanter), Coyolxhauqui(LW)
i've got 5 priests at 68 and have been doing a lot of BG's lately ... can anyone tell me what kind of damage mind sear does in real-world? I'm thinking this would be huge at lvl 75 in AV - but not sure how to calculate the dmg with talents+sp etc ... anyone 75+ can tell me what it ticks for?
If you did want to do clothies mages or maybe locks. But yea, shaman are the best for pvp I have found so far. but then again i am looking forward to get my pallies in good pvp gear and cause problems for the alliance in alterac valley! When a healer follows me around it already causes major headaches for them.love it!

for multiboxing... say my main guy diezs.... what setting do i have to setup in order to quickly switch to one of my slave screens and make it the leader that the others will follow/assist?...
You can use a FTL system or a focus based system.
In an FTL system different modifiers are sent to the slave windows identifying who the current master is. For example, if Owl1 is the window I'm playing in, then pushing "g" will send "ctrl-alt-g" to all slaves. All slaves know that if "ctrl-alt" is sent then they are to assist Owl1 in their casts.
In a focus based system when you switch to a new window you also hit a button that tells all slaves who their master (focus) is. Their macros have target=focustarget or something similar.
