Tank upgrade choices?

Hmm try HToC for the sword, or get into Naxx or Uld for an upgrade on the tanking weapon. You can farm gold up for the Uld BoE shield. The rest is badge grind. Just work the bosses you can farm, I average around 30 badges in 4 hours... then I get burned out! Shoot for the biggest upgrades first. Oh and you can buy Cloak of the Iron Council and Signet of the Earthshaker too. Its a bit expensive, but the less damage your tank takes the faster your team can mow.

I had some Naxx 10 gear on my pally prior to 3.2, but I have been pushing hard and am almost done gearing him for tanking for now. Soon I will be working on my mixed class team.

I would personally pick up libram first - BV is not great for raiding but is awesome for heroics.

With the exception of the libram I would probably go highest ilevel first ie for conquest badges grab both T8 set pieces gloves and legs - belt is also good if you dont want to buy the crafted one

The grab Cloak from valor and possibly the ring unless you want to drop some gold on the BoE ones. I dont think 2pc T7 is worth losing some ilevel to maintain

For triumphs I would probably grab the shoulders first unless the ones from ToTC drop then maybe the ring first - the trinket is good too though

The new crafted bracers look awesome and If I saw the BoE shield on the AH I would grab that as shield upgrades are a rarity. The Peacekeepers blade from TotC is best in slot for a non raider

I admit, I didn't bother looking at your link for current gear.
Just assumed, basic stuff would improve you.
One of the first posts suggested the heroic Libram.
Which my tank had on the day she dinged 80.

Gear is relative...
Depends how quickly you go for it.

These are the Ulduar items I've picked up for my tank.
I guess the Valor bracers too, although they're BoE, so bought the turn in, didn't get the badges myself.

Northern Barrier (Shield)
Signet of the Earthshaker (Ring)
Spiked Deathdealers (Feet)
Indestructible Plate Girdle (Waist)

Yeah I meant Northern Barrier - my post failed somehow but I posted it quickly on my iphone on the way home from work

I bought the BoE cloak and ring from Ulduar but I havent seen the shield on our AH yet though with 3.2 I wouldnt recommend dropping gold on the cloak as the valor cloak is marginally better

I dunno, those items can go for 3-6k gold a piece. Several hours of farming
heroics take like 20 minutes for multiboxers
