Spec 3 elemental, and 1 resto. Play the resto sham directly. Use this macro for healing:
/cast [target=mouseover] lesser healing wave

This was exactly my plan for when my current setup started failing me. Or swap in a Holy/Disc Priest, as I have a 68 on standby.

I've raided like this with my priest...fun stuff XD
