inc! ... Another Shaman Boxer (newcomer saying hi)

Hi guys, my name is Eric.

After weeks of reading through the forums, I have decided to jump aboard the Shaman bandwagon. Yes, I know it's been done but after playing casually since beta, the Shaman is one of the two classes I've never played to 70 (priest being the other). After watching all the great videos; the amazing versatility of a shaman team convinced me to give it a try. Props to Ellay and Etox (among others) for their amazing videos and pve / pvp success.

So after getting a $400 Fry's gift certificate from my girlfriend this xmas (I think she is finally coming to grips that she loves a nerd ) ... I got myself a nice 22" LCD and started my 4 orc shamans on Dethecus. I originally wanted to 5 box shammies but decided against it since my PC and desk space is limiting. Besides, my main account has 6 level 70 toons so I might start 5 boxing instances after my shaman's hit 70. Some instances will be tough with only 4 but I prefer to quest rather than grind instances.

I've been working on my initial setup for the most part today (interface, bindings, macros) so I've only gotten to lvl 15 since yesterday. Once I get ghost wolf ... things should speed up a bit.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi and thanks for a great site!

Thanks guys. Just hit 20 and I have to wait till the 3rd until my game copies arrive from Amazon. I wasn't expecting to hit the trial cap for another few days.
