Dualboxing with pugs macro help

I have a druid tank and a shaman heals dual box. How do I make macros to heal party members without re-writeing them to add in the random pug members names?

I use this as an example
/target Druid(person's name)
/cast Riptide

I am useing Keyclone if that helps.

You can always do:

/target party1
/cast Heal Spell

/target party2
/cast Heal Spell

etc.,
