I checked WoWhead.com yesterday and according to Breck's reply back on 6-24-09, he said:
"Not working on players is intentional. They moved the damage portion to be applied after the taunt. If the taunt fails, the damage is not applied. Players are, and always have been, immune to taunt."
Now, this was before 3.2.2, so I haven't had the chance to find out if this has changed yet. Please let us know if this can apply damage in PvP combat cause I made macros on my slaves with /cast Hand of Reckoning, Crusader Strike, Judgement of So-n-so, Divine Storm for quick PvE killing. the fast refresh on them means no down time while I have Seal of Command up. Everyone pops HoR right off the bat then the quick swing of the sword for the kill. Pretty much an insta-gib![]()
