    Default Deadly gear rating nerf

Deadly gear ratings required got nerfed in this patch. Here are the new personal/team rating required.

    Idol/Libram/Relic/Totem: 700 rating (down from 1250)
Gloves: 800 rating (down from 1300)
Pants: 900 rating (down from 1350)
Chest: 1000 rating (down from 1400)
Hat: 1100 rating (down from 1450)
Shoulders: 1350 rating (down from 1500)

none of the Furious items changed rating requirements from what I saw.

I expect that these are suppose to be the new prices in S7... but I guess Blizz released them early for some reason, along with the new Wintergrasp mark items (boss isn't there yet though).

pvp n00b question pls: i've got 16k honor right now at lvl 71, and could conceivably hit the honor cap at 75k (?) before hitting lvl 80. I've heard some ppl talk about being able to get full pvp gear when they hit 80. I'm seeing arena requirements and/or major emblem-requirements to buy the gear at 80.

When I do finally hit 80, what kind of gear can I get from honor points alone? do I need to start running arena's or heroics for a bit before I can gear?

Atm you can get the blue pvp set, or hatefull without any arena rating. (head, shoulders, chest, gloves and legs)
For the pure honor items like (neck, back, bracors, belt, boots and rings) there is still some hatefull items that dont need any rating.

But i would sudjest that you get alittle bit into arena.. From 0 to 1200ish you can only win rating so its just a mather of playing enough games really. This will give you the options to buy deadly instead of hatefull.(maybe even some furi gearing next season)
Also many of the WG items are really easy to get.. so try to spen your honor on items that you can not get thought WG as the WG items will be coming in fast as soon as you start doing WG for honor etc

WG is even more of a joke now since they made the change. Pretty much if your on defense your going to lose just as bad as when the horde were rank cheating.

Some people are under the impression that the lower population side somehow cheats when joining WG receiving 10+ tenacity and faceroll the 5-10 people that try in vain to guard the nearest vehicle shop to the spawn location for the opposing faction. This allows the offensive team to build a ton of vehicles in the first 5min and storm the fortress, usually resulting in a win, for the disadvantaged team.

Horde seems to outnumbers alliance on my server, and therefore, allys nearly always recieve tenacity ratings in the teens for the first 5 or so minutes of a match. If no one ventures over to "see what kind of power buff" the allys received then we can usually hold out long enough for them to gain a few more people and lose the tenacity. Or it is simply a matter of toughing out the first big rush of seige engines and holding them off a bit at the end.

There's no real way to "cheat" the system without server wide organization. You would basically have to have everyone that queued wait to join until after the first 5-10 people that joined from your side were able to make vehicles, and then have them crank out engines for the late joiners. Tenacity is doing exactly what it was intended to do, it's giving the lower population faction a chance to win, however, I don't argue that it may be a touch over powered as it currently functions.

The one thing I find really annoying is the rank description saying "allows you to pilot and purchase light/heavy vehicles." If you have to have the rank to drive why isn't this enforced...any can drive a vehicle if they find it sitting around somewhere regardless of rank right now. I believe this is where the real problem lies.

Yeah I can rank up in like 1 minute of the battle and make tons of demo's and let everyone else pilot them.

As for the comment about offense they always have a high tenacity on my server (At least 9+) for the first minute or so of the game. All you need to do is kill like 2-3 people and you have full rank to make demos. Unless the defense is pretty much all at the keep and aware of where the 12-16 demos are coming from its game over.
