1. It sounds like you're using the jamba follow strobing option, in which case you'd need a key to disable it. I'll have to add a key for that to the configuration set up by the Quick Setup Wizard. The command you want is:
Code:
/jamba-follow strobeoff all
You can type it manually, or put it in a macro in WoW, or via ISBoxer create a Mapped Key with a WoW Macro Action with the command.
2. I'm not sure how you would manage that unless you changed something. With the default configuration they're all receiving the same signal at the same time
3. If you use a lot of targeted AOEs, you should get in the habit of using top-down view on your followers. What I do is set up Home to reset view to camera 5 on all windows, then use mouselook (with mouse repeat) to aim them straight down. I could probably change the saved camera position but last time I tried that it seemed to mess up the nice camera behavior. Anyway, this makes it pretty painless to use targeted spells, and it improves responsiveness and performance to boot so it's win-win. (what's in front of those chars is usually in front of the main anyway, so it's not like looking forward on them would benefit me whatsoever)
