Fun AV Stories (Seed of Corruption x5)

So I had the most fun in AV that I've had for awhile recently. I figured I'd post about it, just to see if anyone has had similar experiences, or other fun stories that they may want to share.

I've been leveling up my Warlocks to try and get them to 80 for the next Arena Season and figured I'd give AV a shot, since they had recently hit 77 and 78. My main desire was to test out the fun factor of Seed of Corruption x5. Man, oh man! Hilarity ensued.

First off, my gear is cruddy. Mainly quest greens from zones up to Grizzly Hills, so definitely nothing to write home about. Secondly, on my battle group (whichever The Scryers is a part of), Horde generally outnumbers the Alliance 30 to 15 at the start of the BG, and alliance slowly trickle in thereafter. This is normally a pretty big disadvantage for the alliance, but we can rally around it and still pull out wins. AV really is a zerg fest for the most part.

Anyway! So I joined this one AV that had a particularly bad strategy of just systematically taking out each and every graveyard. This generally is considered not a good idea, because it pushes the Horde back further and further into a turtle situation. I was okay with it, however, because it gave me a perfect chance to test out Seed of Corruption x5.

Over and over again, I'd DoT up as many Horde as I could that were turtling at a particular graveyard and just watch the yellow numbers roll in. It was absolutely crazy and totally hilarious.Even when we were attempting to cap the Relief hut with basically a full turtle (Or at least a huge number of horde), I just DoTted up, and it was so much fun.

Anyway, I just figured I'd post the silly story and see if anyone else has had any fun AV experiences with other job combos.

I dont have a good story about AV. Not since they ruined it with reinforcements anyhow. But I hoe to soon. I 4 box and am thinking maybe sometime, since I can do 4 at a time I'll do nothing but work on Ram Riders. lol. I"ll bet that'd be a surprise. Most in AV now days probably dont even know they exist. What do you guys think? Doable? 20 Rams are needed btw, so gathering four at a time would take 5 trips. All I need to do is come up with a macro and put it on a round robin. Hardest part I think will be the wolf skins.

I had an absolute blast playing 4x warlocks in the 70 bracket. The 80 bracket is a bit frustrating still since we start out at the disadvantage and the alliance just streaks down to the bottom.

My favorite is sneaking in behind the alliance at galv. I had several rounds of setting back their whole team with just my group of 4.

I'll be playing again at 80, hope it's still as much fun. There is always wintergrasp, I've seen some truly crazy numbers there.
