Do you use PaymentOne?

Customer service forum thread about PaymentOne users getting accounts suspended because PaymentOne has issued charge backs for several account holders.

It seems a little fishy because everyone has said their phone company knows nothing about a charge back and the $ values are odd. Some are short 5$. Some are short 10$. None of the amounts equal a Blizzard service charge. Also odd that all these charge backs are processed at the same time. As it stands Blizz billing will not discuss your account until it has a positive balance and they require people to mail in a Money Order or equivelant to make up the deficit.

I am watching this thread closely and can't wait to see what the outcome is.

haven't used them, but have had run ins with similar payment issues with different vendor(s) in the past...

Now there is a sticky from the Blizzard billing rep in the customer service forum. I know most boxers wouldn't use this payment method. If you know anyone who does, and has been locked out, point them to the customer service forum.

PaymentOne.... take the money and run!
