I mostly mash the same buttons for the different classes as I do my other teams, except when there is something the class does that is used only in certain situations. Which brings up the point about the macros. You will need to write lots and lots of macros. Getting the timings down and maximizing your DPS takes a little bit of tweaking.
Give this thread a look for attempting to do it. With each different class it takes a bit of tweaking, but well worth it if you can make it work for you.
As far as fear, well, use what you have. In my case, I have the shaman drop the tremor totem, get the priest to pop on fear ward on the tank. Then I hope for the best. Needless to say, King Dred is a pain, but I still manage to kill him.
Not sure about everyone else, but here is how I have my setup going. I have the G15 keyboard and use the keypad for all the "mashing" and use the G keys for situational stuff and non-main healing. I also have and n52 that I use sometimes for some more macro keys.
Of all the teams I have made, I find the different classes to be the most challenging and most rewarding. But that is just me.
But I agree with heffner, if you are bored, making a new multi class team may not really be a cure.
