Help with Tri-boxing with RAF level 80

In the FAQ, it says that characters can only be given 30 "grantable levels", is this overall or from one character?

No, each toon can grant 1 level for every 2 levels it achieves. That is where the 30 comes from. RAF toon a -> toon B, Toon A is level 1. Toon B is level 60. Now say you level second toon B to 30. That 30 toon can make to A a 15 with no effort on the Toon A's part. Then 1st Toon B can grant 30 levels making Toon A a level 45 without doing a thing but creating that Toon. Sorry if it is not clear, but I leveled a friend with 3 of my toons during our RAF. He ended up with 2 60s and I had a 60, 35 or so and a 10~ which was a toon I played when he was not on.

This really depends on how many toons you would like to have. I had too much trouble granting levels to a character for levels 1-20ish because it takes so little time to get them that far anyway. As I said in an earlier post I have two level 80s, a Pally & Unholy DK. I have 5 accounts and my plan for this is to transfer one level 80 to Acct 5 and stagger the teams with a booster at each end since Acct 5 can't be granted levels. Here's a visual of the scheme:

If I have two 60s on Account B, can I grant 30 levels from each character to a level 1 on Account A and get him to level 60 purely through granted levels?
