I think the responses are relative to your level / gear.

When I was pre 40, I got harrassed by 90% of the people I came in contact with.
40-60 it went down to maybe 10%
60-66 I get possitive responses mostly, I still do get a few "How did you clone your mage into 4 shamans?". After explanining it over 20 times a day in different BG's I decided to stop responding, or responding with "The Character Creation Screen?"

THAT, is friggin hilarious. I can picture it now.....

boxer: I just selected "clone character" and entered the number of clones I wanted.
non-boxer: wtf????
boxer: yea, it's right beside the ADDON button. It's pretty cool.

Or if they're a mage too, you tell them it's a BoP minor glyph from a BoP recipe that's a rare drop, and where to farm it.

I actually told someone my Zhevra mount dropped off the rare elite one in Barrens once, because they wouldn't stop bugging me.

Yesterday I did a WSG (at 69 with the other 5 teammates being 69 as well), the other team happened to be a pre-made 60 team (none above 60).

So I was going around and 1 shotting 3 chars at a time with the 5box (they all only had 3k-4k health), it made so many people upset that I had 3 different level 1 alts message me after the game complaining about how I cheat and how I'm going to get banned. Needless to say they're all on my ignore list now, but the fact that I made 3/10 people so mad that they went and created a char on another server just to message me... makes me laugh.
