Just to hijack a little bit since this thread is here. I'm just recently back to WoW and I'm seeing that I need to be able to track slave procs from my main {wasn't an issue on my old teams}. Is Mik's still the way to go for alerting the main on slave procs {thinking Nightfall, Omen of Clarity, etc}?

multibox assistant: MultiTool by DgtlSorcrs from these forums. I REALLY love this. Much less complicated than Jamba.

Bar replacement: none, might want to look ito this myself.

Map replacement: Carbonite, Atlas, Atlasloot. TomTom

    Bag replacement: Bagnon

    Quest assistance: Carbonite, QuestAnnouncer

    Party/raid frames: XPERL

other addons: Auctioneer, Omen (threat mod), Prat (chat mod), Recount (damage/dps tracking), SilverDragon (Rare notification), Deadly Boss Mods with the optional TBC part downloaded as well, Gatherer, GatherSage (modifies item tooltips to show where things came from/level needed to harvest them), Advanced TradeSkillWindow (crafting addon), AckisRecipeList&RecipeRadar (where to get recipes), AuldLangSyne (friendlist improvements) AutoDing (hey it is amusing), BetterInbox (mailbox improvement), BuyEmAll (improved utility buying stuff at merchants, buy whole stacks at once), SellOMatic (oneclick selling gray stuff), CensusPlus (to make it easy for Prat to record player level/class of everyone online, I like to know who is what in trade channel *shrugs*), DynRepBar (reputation bar switching automatically), FarmIt (tracks stuff you farm with little movable bar), FishingAce (Simple Right-Click casting), Fizzle (show you an items durability values above the item +recoloring in your character frame), GuildCheck (what changed in your guild since you last logon), ItemPriceTooltip (Know what quest reward is worth the most when selling back to vendor), LinkWrangler (open multiple links at same time), MobInfo3 (mob statistics/drop tracking), MobsToLevel (how many more rats do I have to kill to get to level 2? ), MoneyMonitor (small moveable money window, used to prefer a differnet one, but sadly was broken in a patch and never updated >.< ), RangeRecolor (recolor buttons when out of range of target), OmniCC (puts CD time on buttons, one less window to look at), RatingBuster (make those ratings on items actually make sense), RecipeKnown (Colors those recipes you already know at the vendors), Sienna's Gem Viewer (Auction house plugin to find specific stat/rarity/color easily), SkillLevel (small mod to tell you what efective character level your skills are at in the skills frame), Zonelevel (tells you the level of the zone you are in), AFKTimer, (how long have I been AFK?), Flightmap (Flight Timers and draws lines of connection at Flight Master window)

Yes I run ALOT of mods on the MAIN toon, lol. Note: can make walking thru Dalaran hell!!! Also have a separate wow symlink for raiding with almost all non-raiding mods de-selected, faster then de-selecting them all lol.

I've been having pretty good luck just using Carbonite's TomTom emulation, but i haven't used TomTom by itself in a long time, is there anything much that it does on it's own that Carbonite can't also do?

Boxer Assistant: Jamba (not much to say here; stick with the best)
Bar Replacement: None, use default UI. (use in-game macros for most things as the new extension to 64 macros per character = win)
Map Replacement: Carbonite (least memory-hoggish of the mapping addons from my experience; also very configurable; me likey)
    Bag Replacement: OneBag 3
Quest Assist: Carbonite, QuestsFu and Tourguide/TomTom/WoW-Pro (Jame's leveling guide in TourGuide addon format)
Party Frames: Pitbull (extremely configurable and designed to be efficient on system resources)

The only other ones I use that are critical:
    • OhNoes (warning when follower breaks follow)
    • SCT/SCTD (modified to show party dmg)
    • Smartbuff (don't run a pally team without this! single-key group buffs ftw!)
    • TradeSecretaryPrivyCork (shuts up those idiots using trade for "anal"/chucknorris/etc. spam and how many zits they popped today)
    • MrPlow (inventory sorting)
    • IceHUD (center-screen health/mana bars for you and your target)
    • FuBar and misc. extensions (gold tracking, XP, performance, durability, etc.)
    • FreeRefills (auto-buy drinks/food/ammo/reagents)
    • CowTip (enhanced tooltip)
    • Clique (for click-healing on any unitframes addon)
    • ChatSounds (plays sounds when people talk in party/guild/whisper/etc. in case you're reading a web page or something when people talk to you)
    • Bang! Anti-Spam (auto-reporting of gold spammers, blocks whispers from level 1 noobs [configurable] )
    • Auctionator (auction addon; sooooo easy to use, and doesn't fall prey to the problems Auctioneer does)
    • AutoProfitX (auto-sell grays and soulbound stuff you can't use)

And the biggest one: BindPad. This is what I use for my extended macros. Allows binding any key to any macro. Zero bugs so far and very nice. Frees up a lot of buttons on your default bars so you can reduce clutter and/or use the default button bars for other things.
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)

Would you be willing to go more into detail the advantages of Auctionator? I've never heard of it... What problems does Auctioneer fall to? I have never seen any myself, but I'd rather not live in ignorance, and bliss *is* overrated.

Wow, alot of people use pitbul unit frames. Ive tried to set it up several times and always end up failing at it. I would like to use it because its awesome but cant find a good writeup on even the basic setup of it. Oh, and I cant find the global "make all the bars smaller" button. maybe ill take the 20 hours and try it again tonight
