I do this on my warrior too. When you kill Mograin if you run back to where Whitemane comes out the whole group of guys from the cathedral wont aggro you while you are asleep. I use shield wall soon as I come out of sleep and it lasts me til when I jump off the fountain. Charge helps too to get out of the cathedral quick. I usually don't get below 70% hp.
