since i have some experiance with how blizz works i know they dont want to have big workloads during blizzcon and other similar events.
They want as many staffmembers and managers as possible to be there.
Even so most of the staff is in europe (and i dont know where blizzcon will be but wasnt the last one in the US not long ago?).
Either way i am confident they wont release it DURING.
but 1-2 weeks before or the week after is what will happen to a high certainty .

i wich it was next week though
