You can spend more than 100 AAs when below lvl 70. At level 64, all my toons now have ~ 113 AA's (give or take) and they all have the first two AA Tabs at 50/50 and all of them are into the 2nd row of the TSO AA Lines. What was true before, is no longer.

Mind that, getting 110+ AA's before lvl 70 is pretty much teh suk. I ran w/ combat xp disabled from lvls 10 through 64 and actually skipped content that I outleveld. To get to 200AA pre-70 is plausible, but you would probably have to kill every named, visit every zone and do pretty much every quest to get the 200.

Considering all the AA you pickup in TSO & Kunark, I think having ~ 120 AA by lvl 70 is pretty solid. All the AA helps leveling too, so you shouldn't need to pickup as many new spells as often. YMMV

I dont have high level characters.. just wanted to throw in that ive read that AA xp slider bars are coming before the next expac... meaning you can put (i havent read any specifics, but presumably 1-100%) of XP gained directly towards AXP at any time.

If its 100% then you could conceivably have level 10 chars with 200 AAs lol.
