Once you have multiple groups at level 80 (like you do), the gearing up grind begins.

Fortunately for those of us with lots of teams at 80, gearing up becomes much less of a problem if you do one thing: always bring a lock. With a lock you can simply look down the loot list for the next boss and summon in whichever toon may benefit from the drops. It is one of the primary benefits to having multi-class teams. And with the ability to summon in the right toons, you'll almost never have to DE an epic!
