From the samples you posted, Number 3 comes in better than the others, "natural" colors, not desaturated or overly dark like the other ones.

Not sure what settings your using, but I set wow to 1280x720 res, then innerspace expands the window to around the 1600x900 mark (maintaing 16:9 aspect ratio) since 1280x720 is too small for me to comfortably play with. I set fraps to record 25fps, full resolution with sound, ends up being around 4GB per 3 minutes of raw video to the disk. I then run it through Sony Vegas 9, rendering at 720p, 25fps, WMV (5k), then youtube takes care of the rest. the 7 min ToC video i posted ended up being around 270mb in WMV for just over 7 minutes of 720p, which isn't bad.
I just downloaded and installed Vegas 9 so if you have a thread or tutorial on how you do HD videos please tell me. I would like to know abaut it.
