KeyClone is giving me hair loss .. and is minimising Wow Alt on 2nd PC

Firstly .. Thank you Keyclone for the help in transfering my licences, it was painless once I had the correct email :thumbsup:

Now to business .. I really need a wig as I have been pulling my hair out over this problem for 2 days now.

OK .. fresh install of v1.9g on PC1 and PC2 and .. no .. I did not overwrite the old install, I deleted it.

DNP .. 7 identical keys on both PCs
XP Boost .. Ticked both PCs
1 Click Then Off .. Ticked on both PCs (default)
Override HotKey .. PAUSE on both PCs

Send Only .. Ticked on MAIN PC for testing but no change.
keyclone.ini .. Deleted on Both PCs for testing but no change.

I do NOT use Maximiser although it is ticked at Snap To Grid (Default)

The problem appears as soon as I press ANY key except the DNP.

The window on the opposite PC MINIMISES if using Full Screen Mode,
or loses focus if in Windowed Mode.

If I click within the window the focus returns.

If it helps I will post both keyclone.ini files so you can look at them.

This problem is making me feel real silly because I can't solve it.

So I have only got one more thing to say .... HELP me please. ;(

Edit 1 ... I also tried the Alpha without any success

Edit 2 ... Just been through Scarlet Monastery and that was fun .. the lag between the 2 PCs was seriously funny.

PC 1 went forward and turned Right .. PC 2 went forward and never turned.

As an aside I know everything is ok with the PCs because I have 2 G15s (Original),
and everything runs smooth if I use my "G" keys in my old setup and KeyClone is not running.

I think you should not use full screen mode... use window mode. And use maximiser...



Maybe you can help me too... i cant seem to get Shift to pass from one computer to another. All other keys are working fine. So i type "TEST #47" and it will come out as "test 347" on the other two computers. I am using Vista on my main and windows 7 on the clients.

Update on my problem .. it is solved. :thumbsup:

After uninstalling and reinstalling addons and reinstalling WoW to its normal unadulterated state, there was still no change.

The problem still remained. So after a hospital spell I looked afresh at the situation and found the solution .. DOH !!!

It was so surprisingly simple to fix 8o

It was simply the order that I was loading my progs.

Although I must add that it never mattered before I tried to (unsucessfully to begin with) update Keyclone.

Loading WoW followed by Keyclone on either machine is the cause of my problem.

Loading Keyclone followed by WoW on both machines is the solution.

Like I said .. Simple to fix :thumbsup:
