Heroics using two healers

Since yeh got a group of druid why not keep one resto then for the out shit moments have a moonkin or 2 drop out of moonkin and drop some insta heals then just switch back?
Yeh really dont need two dedicated healers, 5 man heriocs where design around having one.

Yeh could also grab some random cloth/leather gear off the ah?

Dual spec makes it very easy for you to test it yourself. And as said before, some fights are easier with 4x dps, others are easier with more healing. Dual spec, and adjust as necessary. I know that fights like Ionar in HoL might be better with more healing, while a fight like General Bjarngrim (sp?) is easier with more dps.

Do what u need to win. Like another poster said above, some fights are cake with two healers. If you have toons that can heal and dps, its worth getting duel-spec on at least two of them. I hated Ionar b4 duel-spec.
