Keyclone bug

Hey guys

Ive downloaded the new 1.9 version of keyclone but something mysteries happens when i use it, when I open my 4 wows keyclone seems to open a 5th wow also which bugs up my keyclone
forexample when i press F3 to heal my toon a window pops up a "windows window" and it actually jumps to that window so im not even in my wow when i press it, which is really annoying.

I tried to close the 5th application with keyclone and if i do so it works, i can play wow and such and use my F3 bottom... But whole my explore is completly gone basicly I cant use windows at all when I close this application
I cant even press Alt-tab to see windows, there is no desktop on my pc when i close it anything is gone if i want to use my PC afterwords id have to restart it to get "the explore" running again

Im useing windows Vista 64, which i quess is pretty standart for us

Does anyone know what i can do ?

I had the same problem, I had to turn off the "auto add all windows" feature.
