well i checked my wow files out of curiosty found 2 new files i don't like the look off one i deleted called bad.piece and the other is scan.dll that is a normal WoW file but it's been updated as of around 18:00 GMT and i hadn't logged in both accounts at that time as i was boosting my GF though maraudon. hmmmmm. I know Scan.dll is a crafty way for blizz to detect bots right, n keyclone may be a 3rd party softwear. but if this problem happned before i'm sure it can be worked out right?
what multiboxing program are you using? not sure that matters however..

the 2 files you deleted are "harmless".
bad.piece is part of the torrent downloader that blizzard uses to download new patches.
scan.dll is harmless as long as you dont use cheats, hacks, botting .
scan.dll is actualy required. but not to worrie. wow downloads it when it needs to scan your WoW again for things .
i belive its also used by the launcher.exe for scanning for keyloggers and known virus/cheats to warn you.

as to your actual problem i have no idea what it is.
if you have access to another computer try and logging in to the accounts to see if you still have the same issue.
