I had a problem early on with that, but remedied it by just remembering to hit enter once and then clicking somewhere on the main's screen.
As for turn-in time, sometimes you can arrange it by dragging all of your "Accept" windows into the upper right or lower left or something that they'll always pop in the same relative place on every screen. Then you can mouse-pass (at least with keyclone) so that everyone accepts the award.
If you wanted to take it a step further and have macros set up to change your camera distance and angle to a kind of default, you could then also use a mouse-click-pass to have everyone click on the turn-in NPC (I don't do this personally because I hate every time I have to go into the key options; I just use the accept trick when I can)
Since Keyclone wasn't really meant for EQ2, or EQ2 wasn't really meant for Keyclone, I find that a mouse-click initiated on one computer won't pass over to the other computer in the right place. I run two computers, with three accounts on each. So I really have to initiate two mouse clicks, one from each computer on where the Accept button should be for quest turn-ins, and that sometimes takes more time than just doing it manually.
