Default One computer five boxing tips, suggestions.

So much to my surprise my:

    XP operating sys
    Core 2 duo 6600 2.13
    2 G ram
    8600 Nvidia card

system can actually succesfully 5 box with a single screeen.

I have just kept adding trial accounts, to my original 2 accounts and was surprised that the machine handled them.

Now how it handles them is another story. I have it set up with Keyclone and 4 windows quaded on the single screen. Then I play the main maxamised.

What I want to know is if there is an optimal performance setup for a rig like this?

Should I keep all of the alts minimised while playing the main, or does that not matter. IS it better to have all the screens open at once?

Currently I cap all the alts FPS with keyclone at 10and reduce all graphic settings, does this matter or not?

I use the nvidia GPU temp measuring utility and my card seems to get to about 70-75 degrees while playing, is this terrible, will it explode?

Finally I read alot of the posts here and can't really afford any new hardware, unless it is cheap stuff like fans. So what I got is what I got for now...

Monitor is a 22" Samsung BTW.

I guess what I am really asking is are there any obvious things I am missing that I should do with a suboptimal system 5 boxing on one screen?

Also (sorry for more hassle) I have a 17 inch monitor as well I don't use, my card has two outputs, would it be more or less resource intensive to use two monitors?

One thing I fear is that I am putting a strain on my Graphics card would suing two monitors be better or worse for it?

Ive read around here that using two monitors that are not the same size with XP lowers performance?

Well I have been tweaking and I think I've got most of it finshed now to satisfaction.

Seems like running the monitors in horizontal span is, (as suggested in other posts) the best way for performance. It just stinks that I can't use my 22" with my main on it with the best resolution.

My only other question is how to use keyclone with a dual view set up, optimally, but that is a a question for the software forum.

Keyclone does not currently support Dual-View mode. However it is promised.

I don't quite understand the details around it but there appears to be an issue doing Dual-View in XP though. FPS blew horribly when I was trying. Had Vista collecting dust on a shelf though, so I just "upgraded" to that instead. I do have to use WoW Maximizer to get my windows placed properly though...
