    Default Browser Multi-Box

    Goal:

    >Play multiple accounts with one keyboard and mouse on one computer

    Info:

    >The game i would like to multi-box is a browser based game ( Game that plays in your web browser )

    >I'm currently not aware how the multibox software works.. Do they rely on you running a program..?

    >I have used the search bar but to no avail,if someone could solve my problems please post or refer me to a different post i might have missed

    >Not sure if this is a problem but the game only uses clicks from the mouse and uses no shortcuts

    Possible irrelevant info:

    >Completely sure my system can run multiple internet browsers, lol

    >Currently running firefox but i can switch to another if neccassary

While the search bar often comes up with little relevant information when referring to common topics, the wiki can save the day.

That one should get you on the right track it has links and a ton of info about all the software solutions that migth help you. Good luck.

I'm pretty sure the way that browsers accept input to their processes is very different than the way games accept input. ie Direct3d uses DirectInput so that games get better control of how they respond to all events including press and release. The way that many key replication solutions work is to intercept and replicate these direct input events, so I'm not sure any of them would work for multiple browser instances on the same computer.

And although there could software solutions coded for windows cut/paste style replication, I don't think it would be so easy for mouse replication to multiple browser clients, since they all share the same main windows desktop/viewport unlike direct3d where all the games get their own private viewports each with the same (or related) origin points regardless of placement in the desktop.

However, I imagine it would be trivially simple to implement a hardware solution to this problem. And it might cost less than paying for a custom software solution if there are a few browser capable old pc's lying around and some cheap identical wireless mice.

HotKeyNet will broadcast to other windows, not just WoW. I think you would have to/let HKN rename each window so it can post the input. Are you going to be able to see all the windows? It just changes the command to send to the window. Check out more info on Hotkeynet.com

Well i don't need to see any of the windows but the main one because all screens would be doing the exact same thing... And the hardware solution seems possible but my desk is a tad bit two small to fit another monitor.. could find and old one and have it on floor, but that would be weird

ok, then the difference will be sending the keystrokes to a background window. Ask Freddie here or the HKN.com
