Default Massively Frustrating FPS drop on only one toon?

    Hey there,

This only became a major issue recently, but I find that At least once
every other wow session I'll notice that one of my toons keeps breaking
follow. Upon examination it's because the window that toon is on has
dropped to below 1frame every 5 seconds and my lead is running away
faster than it can follow. Nothing I do seems to fix it, from reloading
my UI to minimizing it and reopening it. The only fix is to close that
wow session completely and reopen it, which is inconvenient in most
    situations.

Most importantly, it's not always the same wow window that acts up.

I'm using keyclone, my comp is as follows:
    AMD Phenom 4@2.6ghz w/
    8gigs ram
    Radeon HD 4800 vid card.

I use two monitors, generally, although one of them is my big screen TV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's quite frustrating.

I had this problem and it was caused by one of my addons but I forget which it was. Try turning off your addons one at a time to see if any of them are causing it. They may just need an update.

do you have your maxfpsbk and maxfps set?
how are you running your wows?
    with keyclone commands or normally?
    which OS?

An addon active accross all wow applications that causes only one to bug out occasionally? Well, it's certainl possible. I'll try something minimalist for a while and see if that helps.

    @keyclone

Sorry, should have thought of those variables as well.
maxfps options are all set and programmed nowhere near the realm of the ridiculous.
I'm running 3 wows on the big screen and my main window on my monitor. I use maximizer and snap to grid.

Questhelper would do something very similar to what you are experiencing. It sorta looped..
If you arent using it. No idea. Gl.

My resolutions are all set at 800X600, with the exception of region 1 which is widescreen and 1600X600. This is standard whether I'm using one monitor or both.

For my fps, background is 5 and foreground is 45.

by resolution, i meant for the monitor, not each game. this helps determine the load on the grfx card (ie: runnign 1280x1024 is much easier then 1920x1600)

Did you change the cpu affinity of each one?

Kinda sounds like yer running em all on the same cpu?
