MultiBoxing - controls

I am dabbling with multiboxing in wow at the moment. For now I'm testing dual boxing with the intent to do 3 once i decide on a method I do have a couple questions though.

I already know that I will be playing three warlocks as the lock is the only class i haven't played to at least 60 and with the two box trials they are performing well. Right now i am running Multibox w Broadcasting enabled normally I have a main character and the alt following behind with macros to attack with. I've seen videos of multi-boxers out there though that have 5 characters that move into formations now i know you can move them all at the same time but how do you get them all to move into their position in the formation?

Another question i had was how do people who normally run 3+ characters move them around. I've always controlled my turning with the mouse and only use the keys to strafe or move forward/backward I found it more responsive in PVP/Emergency situations as im leveling on a PVP server. Do you find that using the /follow method works or should I try and train myself to use the keyboard to turn and move all the characters together or is there some other method like the formations i mentioned earlier I should be looking into.

Just bind different characters to different movement keys - so box 1 move left is say f5 and box 2 move right is f5.

That is the only "formation" possible. That and /follow.
