Mouse broadcasting can be done with HotKeyNet with quite a bit of success.

So i take it that clickboxer is unique then, the problem is i'm a mac user and use clonekeys, so neither of these are what i'm gonna do
I Suppose i could try and lead with the healer but that doesnt seem practical for instances ?
    Any alternatives to macro'd healing?
    Please help

To get platform independent healing, I did this:

Bound heal spells to F8-F12. Bound /target playername macros to F4-F7. and F2 targets the tank. So I can hit F4-F7 to select someone to heal, and then F8-F12 for which heal the healer should throw.

You can bind these to just about anything. Just unbind the keys on everyone except your healer. or create keymaps, etc.

This type of simple setup should work for any software that allows you to forward keys. Keyclone, IS, AHK. You may find it easier to do depending on your software.

Yes, clickboxer is specific to Innerspace. You also should be somewhat familiar with coding as there are no prebuilt ready to use layouts, since they're pretty user specific. The lavishsoft wiki has a couple examples to get you up and going.
