Edit: From a Multi-box stand point. If you have multiple shaman, then you can macro out a cast sequence for one button interrupt. Something like this mapped to the same key (it would need testing):
A: /castsequence reset=6 Wind Shear,,,
B: /castsequence reset=6 , Wind Shear,,
C: /castsequence reset=6 ,, Wind Shear,
D: /castsequence reset=6 ,,, Wind Shear
Why Interupt, when a caster or whatever class is dead after 4 sec of combat : flame Shock then lavaburst and perhaps another flame shock or a bunch of chain lightnings.. and voila
