Azza power supply

My i7 machine's power supply crashed and burned a few months ago. Luckily I was able to return it for a full refund (less shipping). I am now thinking about buying a new system and researching power supplies.

I believe my old i7 system had a Corsair 650W power supply. I thought I read on this board that it was plenty and many are over estimating their power needs. I don't know what caused the PS to fail, but it did.

I'm trying to decide between a 750W Corsair and a 1000W Azza. There is very little information on the Azza PS, but considering it's the same price as the Corsair I think it could be worth a trial.

1.) Has anyone had experience with the Azza power supplies?
2.) Assuming an i7 920 w/ GTX 275, what is the minimum power you would roll with?

1 - No
2 - Assuming there's no OC I'd say 650w would be fine.

I'm basing that assumption off of this article here on Tom's Hardware. Granted they are using a GTX 260 but they're measuring power "at the plug". So unless your 275 somehow manages to suck up a few hundred more watts I think you're good on a 650W PSU. But if I may suggest another manufacturer of PSUs which is PC Power & Cooling. I believe that PCP&P is the purest form of power man can buy.

Going off the EVGA GTX275 specs on newegg.

System Requirements Minimum of a 550 Watt power supply
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 40 Amps.)

I would try out the Azza so I could experiment with SLI/multiple powerleech GPUS. But I would certainly do more research. A bad PSU could possibly ruin a motherboard.
