I have 5 accounts, my main account with my T8 geared feral, there's also a 61 paladin on the account, a DK, a 64 mage, that's about it.
My 4 multi accounts have 4 shammies at 64 (Kinesia is the leader), 4 druids at 60 (balance), single 60s of priest hunter lock (RAF freebies).
Recently dusted off the shammies, and have been questing with them to level them up, dinged 64 last night. Plan to level them up, raid with them singly or whatever, abuse dailies, the like.
Thing is, most people run shammies with a pally, but I'm kinda losing the love for my pally. After so much melee time on my feral it's hard to get enthused about another melee. And the girls are just about leveled past him. Has anyone done significant running with a bear and shammies? The major gear advantage should cover a lot of gaps, but could be a little odd with the shifting a druid does, any tips appreciated.
Of course since the pally's on my main account I could get him BoA shoulders to help him catch up and power ramps and such a while. Probably cloth shoulders so every toon can share them.
If I do allow the pally to remain behind, maybe he'll catch a ride if or when I decide to level up the 4 boomkin.
I've seen follow and assist macros in the past that worked on a party1 basis but didn't screw up on the leader, I think it was stopmacro based. Right now I'm running with a primitive /follow party1 and manually break follow on my master. Anyone have a macro like that handy, I couldn't find it? Might do similar on an assist macro.
Been chewing on the metagaming portion of how to arrange keybinds for my teams, which is a large part of the expertise curve once basic setup is stable. Think I'll run the tank on main keyboard with main commands on 1-6 or so, and fill the remainder of that bar with common commands like eat, drink, mount. Then put the shammies primarily in the number pad.
Bit of a ramble I know.
