Default Food for thought: PvP $$

I'm sure some others are in the same boat as me.

I PvP quite a bit on my 5 shamans and have reached a point where there really isn't any additional gear I can buy. Simply participating in Wintergrasp (doing the quests when available) and the daily battleground tends to honor cap me in 8-9 days.

5 characters x 75,000 Honor = 35 Scarlet Rubies through the PvP Vendor

Epic gems may put a damper on this, however, currently those rubies pull in anywhere from 2-4,000 gold almost every week depending on the current market. More or less free gold : )

    damn it dood!!!!

I hope blizzard doesnt read these forums.

Edit: I guess it doesnt matter much anymore with epic gems coming out soon, however they said you will be able to buy epic gems via honor also I believe.

The epic gems will be made available via Alchemy transmutes, purchasable with honor or emblems of heroism, and through prospecting Titanium Ore.

Currently on the PTR it is 20 badges or 10K honor to purchase.
And yes it is a good source of gold. Also, don't forget you can buy honor from Stone Keeper's Shards (30 per 2K) and Arena Points (100 per 2K) as well.

The epic gems cost no more than the normal ones currently? Sweet : )

Best to check the PTR for the cost, a friend just told me it's actually 15 badges not 20. They may have updated the honor cost as well.
