No, Greater will always overwrite the lesser
I presume this addon needs to be installed on "all" chars and it will free me from spending Actions bars for those blessings am I correct?
Yes, but you can control them all from your main pally. Just gotta configure it to free assignment.

I tried to experiment with it and came down to conclusion that this addon is not for me. Perhaps I will make a bit of dissapointment when I'll be raiding but I'll be laughing my ass off if my guildies will go nerdrage on me if I do it manually. I preffer to trust myself with macro's for now.
