Addon to tell me what to do with drops

Is there an addon that will tell you what to do with drops? for example i kill something, it drops armor/weapons, the addon lets me know that the item is better than whats currently equipped items on my toons, so i equip it.

GearScore will provide this based simply on itemlevel. It will show you who would get the best ilvl update from the item, which in many cases is the best upgrade - it will NOT show you what the actual upgrade is though... helps some!
