That really sucks, but I think the account closure thing is part of their standard process for dealing with hacked accounts. They seem to get it in the wrong order quite alot of the time though!

You'll probably also find that you have trouble setting up a subscription plan when you DO get the accounts back! I've seen alot of reports around here that people can't select credit card payment methods after being hacked, which necessitates yet another call to Blizz to fix up.....

Anyway, I hope you manage to get Blizz to undo whatever damage the hackers did to your characters.

And get an authenticator!
