I'm not sure honestly, but I think the issue is with keyclone cloning the presses of the keys (which isn't a keyclone problem, that's what it's supposed to do), so when you do a combination like that, you actually get ''e or something rather than 'e .

I have a similar issue trying to use alt + numpad for symbols if I have keyclone open. I'm sure that it's registering it as alt + 113333 instead of alt + 133 . I'm sure you could put those numpad keys for the English keyboard layouts on the donotpass list, but I haven't tried it yet.

Just remove the programs from the list on Keyclone if you need to type special characters, then re-add it. it's not that big of a deal, really.
