    Default Multiboxing x5 and professions?

I've decided to level up professions on my characters, the first profession Ill level is going to be engineering - I cant wait for rocket boots and glove cannon x5, and x5 mechanical robots, alarm-o-bot/landmines etc :
But, Im unsure on what I should have as second profession - is tailoring as good as it seems? Easy to level and nice buffs at max lvl? (Cloak enchants, leg armor)

This is my "endgame" so cost isnt a big factor, I cant think of much else to do or spend gold at.

Sounds like this is for PVP. You probably have a healer but if you don't maybe 5x herbalism. Soon to be nice self heal.

Did they buff that heal to be worth it? Last time I checked it was pathetic.

I chose jewelcrafting and blacksmithing on all my characters. Expensive? You betcha, but it opened a lot of options in gearing my guys.

I was thinking of engineering for my 5x shamans as well - for pvp ... what's a good 2nd profession? and what's it cost to lvl engineering ?

Any profession that requires thorium ore (or any other damn ore) will be expensive to level unless you mine it yourself. I paid 5kg per character to level JC to 400+ ;(

I have two full teams at 80 now so I already have everything except for an engineer... i've never tried engineering.
for my 5x pally team I'm working JC on all of them, got 3x of them doing the daily already and I haven't decided on any side stuff for them other than skinning.

you are going to need mining on at least one of your characters to support all of those engineers. I suggest a druid for this because of the instant flight you can mine a lot in a short period of time, the druid can do your herbs too.
skinning should probably take out just out of principle... you kill a lot of stuff you can skin in the game and make some money off of it.

if you have any mail wearers maybe a leatherworker.
if you have any plate wearers maybe a blacksmith.
with a tailor/enchanter you can make bags and enchant you stuff.

This may not be what you're looking for, but when I'm boosting in instances from 1-60, I find that I get enough cloth drops to level 2 toons tailoring from 1 to 300, and enchanting for 1 toon from 1 to 300 and a lot of left over dusts and essences (but still not enough for a 2nd toon though)

Sorry to jump in here.. Just wanted to point out the 3.2 patch notes that this will be buffed slightly, in case it makes any difference to anyone:

    Herbalism
Increased healing from Lifeblood (Rank 6).
Lifeblood now scales slightly with maximum health. No longer affected by global cooldown.

Without a doubt jc/enchanting on whicher toon is gona be your healer. For me this isnt a problem as I already have 80's with mining, tailoring, so leveling those 2 with their help is less expensive.
