Default Going back to Multiboxing, new system, need help!

    Hi people.

So after some time only playing normally, i wanna get back to multiboxing. I have a new system since i multiboxed last time:

AMD Phenom II X3 720 Processor, 2.80 GHz
    8,00 GB DDR2 RAM
    x2 ATI Radeon HD4850 512mb
    Windows Vista 64-bit Home Premium

So what i need help with is:

    1. Can i run 4 clients on this machine with medium graphics pretty smooth?
    2. What maxfps maxfpsbk etc should i have for my clients?
    3. Does Anybody have a pre-made Keyclone setup for 1920 x 1080 with 4 clients?
    4. Anything i should do before starting that would help my performance?

I'd like to thank you in advance for helping me out. Thanks!

Just ask me if there is anything else you want to know.

    Hi Jounie and welcome back!

first off, you might want to use the latest keyclone alpha (link ). i added preset layouts for the maximizer which make life very simple.

as for your machine, it should be fine to run four(4). i would set the maxfpsbk to between 10 and 20, and your maxfps to 30-50. (30 == standard def tv; 24 == movies; 60 == hidef)

you should also check out the cpu affinity. since wow is optimized for 2 cores, i would try to spread your wows around a bit.
    ie:
    wow1 0+1
    wow2 1+2
    wow3 2+0
    wow4 1+2

if you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note.

    have a great day,

    Rob

I'd personally suggest giving all copies of wow access to all cores of the CPU and letting windows sort it out. I run that way on my quad core and have zero performance issues.

the alpha is an update that should be installed over the top of v1.9g (i thought you already had v1.9g, sorry)

please install v1.9g then re-install the alpha, v1.9h

if you are still having issues, please let me know.

    Okay guys im back.
After trying 4 clients, all assigned to all cpu cores, this was the result:

    http://data.fuskbugg.se/skalman01/-performancek.jpg

With 55% cpu usage atm (going up to 80, 90% from time to time) in the NEWBIE STARTER place, im not amused.

When i first logged in with highest view distance and high at most settings, i had about 7-8 fps on the main window... When i put down my settings it went up to 35 fps (where my cap is on keyclone) when i stood still.

This isn't right at all for me, what is wrong? Anything i can do that might be stopping my performance capabilitys?
